Sotiris Georgiou was born in Athens in a sunny day that affected his creativity, in August of 1978! 22 years was passed by that day since he created his own label in 2004 starting at first with women...Men collection came 2 years later…
After attending fashion lesson in Veloudakis School of Fashion, he started working with big clothing companies before he set his own label.
He was presented as a promising fashion designer in many international titles of greek editions such as MADAME FIGARO, IN STYLE, VOTRE BEAUTE, HELLO and other magazines as MIRROR, LIFE & STYLE, VHMADONNA, NITRO & MONOPOLY…
He designs for the modern urban woman and his inspirations come from the geometrical shapes of Japanese Fashion, the elegant militaire simplicity of the 40’s, the Alpha shapes of the 50’s and the volumes of the sixties! Earthy tones in colours mixed with neofuturistic shades declare his color statement. The modern SotirisGeorgiou designs is a an eclectic taste of clothes combining the old formulas with the new bringing a new air of simple, practical but mostly feminine clothes.
He lives in downtown Athens closed to his atelier.
